In reference to these Black Budget technologies that have been developed usig US Taxpayer money, Michael Schratt asks, "Why won't this technology trickle down to the airline industry? To the power utilities? Why are we still using these coal-fire plants? This is an absolute tragedy that this technology is not being trickled down and it is time that these programs be declassified put this in the public domain and turn this whole thing around and that's what we're endeavoring to do."
